Problem

When production is on fire at 3 a.m., the person who can fix it often can't reach the credential that unlocks the fix. Standing admin access is a security liability; locking everything down means nobody can respond in an emergency. Teams need access that stays sealed until it's genuinely needed, and proves who opened it.

Approach

Secrets stay encrypted and sealed until an authorized guardian breaks glass. Access is granted just-in-time, scoped to the incident, and every open is logged with who, when, and why.

SSO/OIDC sign-in, SCIM user provisioning, and contact-group routing so the right responders are reachable the moment glass breaks.

Regional data residency: EU customer data physically stays in the EU (Frankfurt), Americas in the US, behind a single global endpoint — the honest compliance story an enterprise security review actually needs.
