Problem

Personal trainers fill their books through referrals, cold DMs, and spreadsheets. Prospecting is manual, follow-up falls through, and the admin around sessions, waivers, and billing eats the hours they should spend training.

Approach

HW3 scrapes public directories, uses vision models to qualify personal-training candidates from photos and bios, enriches contacts via Apollo, and hands trainers a ready-to-work outreach pipeline.

The CRM side covers sessions, packages, and intake forms with e-signed waivers.
