People lose access to their own Bitcoin every day — a forgotten password, a partial seed phrase, a wallet that restores to a zero balance. The recovery industry that's grown around them is riddled with scams: advance fees, "send us your coins," and promises to crack wallets that are mathematically unrecoverable.
Approach
ReclaimKeys only takes cases where the owner can prove the wallet is theirs — verified ownership and a signed recovery authorization before anything technical starts.
Every case begins with a free feasibility assessment that's honest in both directions, including "this isn't recoverable" when that's the truth. Recovery runs are built from what the owner actually remembers and executed on dedicated hardware against a self-hosted Bitcoin node.
On success, access goes back to the owner, who moves their own funds — no custody, ever. The fee is a percentage of what's recovered, due only when the owner has their coins back.
